Shipping policy

We try to do our best to always have a very fast delivery for our partners. The affordable prices of our workshop do get us very busy. We hand-make and ship our pretty veils on a first ordered, first shipped basis.

All orders are shipped after being prepaid or fully paid 
Usually, processing time is 14 days. In the high season, it may be longer.

PLEASE NOTE: that Valerybride can only provide ESTIMATED delivery dates, as provided by Usps/Fedex/DHL and others, and cannot guarantee delivery on the estimated date. Valerybride assumes no liability for delivered shipments, weather delays, customs delays and any other delivery issues once your package has left our manufacturer. 

PLEASE NOTE: Valerybride is not responsible for LOST packages after the item ships. All packages have insurance with the delivery company. Please make sure that your "ship to" address is to a secure location and the shipping address is correct.

CUSTOMS FEES, TARIFFS, and any other government fees are the buyer's responsibility to pay, except taxes and fees we accept in the contract or agreement. Please check with your country's policies in regards to taxes/duties.
